I got this rebuild kit for a 1979 Johnson 150. It fit perfect after I figured out which parts were required. The only difficulty I faced was the lack of specific instructions. This kit fits of laughter multiple motors and I am pretty sure it contained all the parts to fit those motors. I had to decide which parts I looked-for and rebuild it by memory of disassembly. I put the ill-treat guide key in and had to disassemble the motor twice to figure out the problem. Some time ago I figured it out, it worked perfect and be inflicted including in this area 8 hours on it including no hiccups. - Hsimmons75
